The Provence Difference
The Provençal tradition of pale elegance, freshness and balance inspires both Le Zéro and Le Cinq.
Our approach begins in Provence, where careful vineyard management, thoughtful harvesting and respect for the land help shape wines of freshness, balance and character.
Before blending, each lot is evaluated individually. Some components bring aromatic lift, others contribute texture or length. We compose, selecting and layering until the wine reveals complexity that feels effortless.
Wine First, Always
Many dealcoholized wines begin with the end in mind, reverse-engineering a product to fit a process. We do the opposite.
Nuvage is made as wine: fully fermented, traditionally vinified, complete in every sense. The wine must stand on its own first, with the structure, aroma, and balance that define Provence rosé. Only when it has reached its intended expression do we remove the alcohol.
This is the difference between a beverage engineered to approximate wine and a wine that has simply been altered.
