our story
Every turning point deserves a toast.
NUVAGE began at a turning point in our own lives. We had each reached a stage in our careers where we wanted to build something of our own – something that felt more like us.
The South of France was the obvious place to start. We had known and loved it for years, drawn to the light, the colours and the freshness. Provence rosé was always part of that, so it became the natural starting point for NUVAGE.
At the same time, our own drinking habits were changing. We wanted to drink less, but we didn’t want to give up the taste of a really good rosé. We looked for an alcohol-free version that captured what we loved about Provence, and could not find one. So we decided to create one.
That’s where NUVAGE began.
Why PROVENCE?
Great rosé comes from Provence. For us, that was never negotiable.
Provence has always represented the kind of rosé we love: pale, fresh, elegant and unmistakably of the South of France. When we set out to create NUVAGE, we wanted those same qualities to define the wine, whether with alcohol or without.
That is why we begin with carefully selected organic Côtes de Provence rosé. For us, Provence is not simply where NUVAGE comes from. The origin matters because the wine matters.
